Our Mission Statement

Shannow FRC provides a welcoming, Vibrant and Progressive centre that delivers a variety of programmes, services and supports to children, their families and the broader community. Our service is developed and delivered with particular emphasis on the following key areas:
  1. Health
  2. Learning through formal and informal training and educational initiatives
  3. Safety from accidental and intentional harm / Security in the immediate and wider physical environment
  4. Economic security
  5. Developing /facilitating access to positive networks of family, friends, neighbours and the community / Included and participating in society

It's Official, the Kilflynn city running group Stacks Mountain: Half Marathon and 10km is back on 6th April. An event that has it all road, trail, grass and spectacular views.
