Shannow FRC hopes to run the Happiness Toolbox for Adults this is subject to securing funding.This course is facilitated by a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist. It runs 6 weeks for 1.5 hours per week.
Course participants will learn key skills that will assist them in reducing stress and creating more happiness in their lives. All skills are from a psychotherapeutic lens but have been simplified to make them easier to understand and adopt in everyday life. We will cover a different area each week which include Awareness, Feelings, Boundaries, Relationships, Self-care and Regulation & Meditation.
